With over 20 years of combined experience, we’ve placed engineers, product managers, marketers, designers, and executives in their dream jobs. By hand-picking our candidates and companies, we take the time to get to know our people personally. Understanding each person’s values, passions, and goals allows us to make excellent matches with companies that share the same philosophies.

Andrea “Red” Guerri (She/Her), Co-Founder & Executive Recruiter

Andrea (aka Red) is a Co-Founder and Executive Recruiter at Bloom Recruiting. With 9+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience, she’s partnered with early-stage startups, VCs, and publicly traded companies, focusing specifically on tech growth. Her main areas of expertise are Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Design focused positions. Her passion for people motivated her to start Bloom Recruiting, with the purpose of providing outstanding service for both candidates and companies.
When Red isn't recruiting, you can find her planning travel adventures, looking for the best restaurants, and hiking with her partner Nate and their golden retriever, Winston.
Audrey Panzeri, Co-Founder & Executive Recruiter

Audrey is a Co-founder and Executive Recruiter for Bloom Recruiting. With over 11 years of experience both in-house and externally, she loves the art of recruiting and has placed candidates ranging anywhere from Associate to C-level. A self-proclaimed “puzzle master,” she enjoys getting to know the needs of both candidates and companies, and takes pride in providing value through making connections. Her passion is to help people find their dream career and companies their perfect culture & experience fit.
In her free time you can find her researching and cooking new recipes, puzzling, hunting for the best craft cocktails, hiking, skiing and spending as much time with her daughter Mialee and dogs Gator and Gus.
