Contingency search
Contingency Search allows us to recruit and engage candidates that fit your company's needs with no upfront costs. The fee is due once a candidate is hired and is based on first year's salary.

Engaged search
Engaged Search is a hybrid option between contingency and retained. This option provides our clients with a specialized recruiting partner to prioritize the search. The engaged search fee is negotiated upfront and separate from the placement fee.

Retained search
Retained Search is exclusive to Bloom Recruiting and recommended for your executive level and critical searches. The initial fee and payment schedule is negotiated upfront between both parties.
